Maria became passionate about coaching 10 years ago, whilst working with young people, helping them explore their values, skills and aspirations so they could lead change in their own lives and within their communities. Maria saw first hand the impact that coaching could have on a young person at a time in their lives when they felt lacking in direction and confidence, and uncertain of their own abilities and started to use coaching in many other areas of her work.
Since becoming a qualified coach, Maria has helped clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Maria is passionate about helping people achieve a more positive outlook on life, and provide them with all the tools necessary to get them there.
Maria has run a number of successful leadership and coaching programmes and coaching training in the charity and corporate sector and is passionate about authentic and collaborative values-based leadership and supporting individuals and teams to identify the tools and thinking they need to achieve their goals.
