Ginnie is an Independent Producer currently working with dance theatre artists Shane Shambhu and Subhash Viman.  Her passion is to work with culturally diverse artists and companies who explore traditional and classical dance theatre languages to find new ways of presenting their work to communities and audiences today. This creative cultural dialogue has been informed by her professional practice and her MA in Dance Studies from the University of Surrey, which focused on the artistic and contextual issues underpinning the development of Bharatanatyam in Britain. Nicholas Paton Philip Founding Director

Nicholas has spent his working life holding different roles within the social care sector. He started at a residential therapeutic community for emotionally traumatised boys, offering stern love in a planned and supervised nurturing environment. From there he discovered the power of art and creative activities as a means of communication and healing. He trained firstly as a Dramatherapist, then as a Dance Movement Therapist, taking a full-time position for 10 years in an adult mental health unit of the NHS in Essex.
